A systemd unit points at the wrong binary path. Fix the unit file, reload the daemon, and bring the service up.

Read the unit file
Use cat on /etc/systemd/system/webapp.service and find what looks wrong.
Type a command and press Enter. The command runs in a fresh VFS; the grading result appears in the left panel.
